We built CPOHQ because there’s incredible power in bringing together 1000s of the world’s leading Chief People Officers to share their insights, templates, and playbooks.

The community first launched in March 2020, when the role of the CPO had never been more difficult. Today, the network has grown to 2,500+ top-tier CPOs - and we’re incredibly grateful that we’ve maintained the spirit of giving, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement the entire time.
